1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the marvelbet platform and all services operated under it. These Terms apply between the user ("member") and marvelbet.

By registering on the platform, logging in, or using any service, a member is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the platform.

marvelbet reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. If a member continues to use the platform after updated Terms are published, the new Terms will be considered accepted.

2 Account Registration

To become a member of marvelbet, each individual must open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same IP address is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

• Full legal name (as shown on your national ID card or passport)
• Active mobile number (for OTP verification)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Strong password

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be complete, truthful and accurate. Registering with false or misleading information will result in the immediate cancellation of the account, and any funds in that account may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

The member is fully responsible for keeping their account login details confidential. Sharing a password or username with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

Members must be at least 21 years old to participate on marvelbet. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use this platform — this is a strict requirement.

3.1 KYC Verification Process

marvelbet may at any time request government-issued identity documents (national ID card, passport or driving licence), proof of address, and documentation of ownership of the payment method used, in order to verify a member's identity. Failure to provide these documents on time may result in the temporary suspension of the account.

3.2 Payment Identity Match

The bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay account used for deposits must be registered in the member's own name. Using a third party's payment account is prohibited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal

All financial transactions on marvelbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks)
• Providing the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory
• Cryptocurrency or any other digital currency is not accepted

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer
• Typical processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
• Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met

4.3 Financial Transaction Integrity

If money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity is suspected, marvelbet reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction and to notify the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

marvelbet's bonus programme provides additional benefits to members, but these benefits are subject to specific terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500 — however, wagering requirements must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) applies to the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 (৳1,500 × 10) in bets before withdrawing any bonus winnings. If you receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, the wagering amount will be ৳80,000.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically approved
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for placing bets
• If a bonus expires or its conditions are breached, the bonus will be cancelled
• marvelbet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time

6 Betting Rules

Sports betting, casino games and live casino on the marvelbet platform operate under different rules. Members must be aware of the specific rules for each section.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each market and game, and are displayed next to each event or game. It is not possible to place a bet outside these limits.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is finally accepted will apply. No claims will be accepted on the basis of odds changes.

6.3 Bet Outcomes

If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet on that event will generally be considered void and the stake will be returned. However, different rules may apply in specific circumstances for multi-bets or accumulators.

6.4 Technical Issues

marvelbet is not liable for any loss arising from disconnection, server errors or other technical issues. In such situations, marvelbet's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the marvelbet platform, and immediate action will be taken if any of them are identified.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Applying deliberate betting strategies to abuse bonus benefits
• Using software, bots or automated programmes to place bets
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Betting with third-party funds or money muling
• Threatening or fraudulent behaviour towards other members
• Filing false chargeback claims

8 Account Suspension and Closure

marvelbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may submit a request through the support team. All pending bets must be settled before closure, and any eligible balance may be withdrawn.

8.2 Mandatory Closure

In cases of breach of Terms, suspected fraud, provision of false information or any prohibited activity, marvelbet reserves the right to close the account and withhold the balance.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Purpose of Data Use

marvelbet uses member information solely for account management, identity verification, service improvement and fulfilling legal obligations. Information is not sold to third parties.

All transactions and data exchanges are secured using SSL encryption technology. Members' financial information is stored according to the highest security standards.

10 Limitation of Liability

marvelbet aims to provide the highest quality service; however, marvelbet's liability is limited in the following areas.

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure by third parties
• Loss caused by a member's own negligence or disclosure of account details
• Force majeure circumstances such as unforeseen natural disasters, war or government restrictions
• A member's personal expectations regarding game or bet outcomes not being met

The member acknowledges that gambling carries financial risk, and the member alone is responsible for any financial loss resulting from betting.
